As Customer Training Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of technical training for Space Digital, ensuring programs meet customer and user needs on time and within budget. You'll drive Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps and partner with Bid Management, Product Development and Engineering to craft effective solutions. You'll manage training instructors and support staff while collaborating with internal teams to gather essential information and evaluate training effectiveness. This role supports Airbus's space and sustainability goals through high-quality, impact-focused training.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and propose solutions
- Develop and deliver training courses for Space Digital equipment and services
- Manage technical training instructors and support staff to ensure high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for training development
- Conduct training assurance activities and evaluations against performance standards
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training within satellite communications
