Job Description Quality Lineside Engineer - Airbus, Broughton Location: Broughton (onsite) Pay rate: £24.64 per hour (PAYE) / £32.96 per hour (Umbrella)- inside IR35 Shift pattern: Double Days, alternating weekly - mornings 06:00-13:10 / afternoons 13:30-20:40, plus 20% shift uplift Security clearance: BPSS+ (arranged by Airbus Security) Quality is the difference between good and great - and Airbus needs someone who can prove it, every shift. Guidant Global is recruiting on behalf of Airbus UK for an experienced Quality Lineside Engineer to join the Quality Team at their Broughton site. This is a genuine opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers, taking ownership of conformity across products, processes and services. You’ll be the point of assurance on the lineside floor - interpreting drawings, leading root‑cause investigations, and making sure the right corrective action happens fast, every time. What you’ll be doing Providing specialist Quality What we're looking for This role is about proven Quality experience rather than formal qualifications.
