Overview
Join our professional Project Management team within the Single Aisle Wing Value Stream Management (VSM).
The VSM provides end-to-end accountabilities on TQC, with streams located in Filton, Broughton and Bremen.
The successful candidate will drive best-practice PM governance, methods and tools across the VSM streams, coordinating with VSM project leaders and project organisations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Coach and raise awareness of best-practice project management within the VSM teams; challenge project leaders when needed.
- Shape and adapt PM standards, methods and tools to the needs of projects/activities; promote Agile Ways of Working and act as Scrum Master where needed.
- Establish end-to-end project plans and manage changes against the baseline; identify EVM milestones and project critical paths; track performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyse project information to anticipate deviations and propose preventive or corrective actions to support decision-making.
- Provide clear and regular reporting across all project phases; drive Risk & Opportunity Management per the R&OM plan and maintain the associated register.
- Collaborate with Finance to compare costs incurred and time spent against progress; prepare and publish Reports as required.
- Define and deliver KPIs and dashboards for effective performance management; contribute to team reviews and project management reviews (PRM, Operational meetings, etc.).
- Implement smart digital solutions for automated reporting, KPI generation, and planning; use PALANTIR tools (Sky Wise) and other advanced business tools to increase transparency and enable faster decision making.
- Promote alignment with interfacing projects and operations and support efficient stakeholder management.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of governance structures and PM practices within the VSM streams.
Qualifications
- Educated to Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management within a complex organisation; working knowledge of Aircraft production/engineering.
- Ability to act with integrity and comply with potential compliance risks; commitment to Company values and sustainable growth.

The VSM streams are located in Filton, Broughton and Bremen.
