The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.

The primary mission is to identify, analyze, and solve recurrent technical issues that cannot be directly managed by operators and FLM. This role provides an end‑to‑end view at the shop floor level within the production team and accompanies the team. The aim is to achieve the optimum level of effort and work results through planning, production control, management of products, and the design of processes. Success also involves achieving the expected Industrial Excellence targets in the area by ensuring adherence to and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily/on shift line side support to manage technical issues and continuous improvement related to missing parts, Non Conformities, concessions (if applicable)/DQN, Outstanding Work, maintenance, jigs & tools.
  • Perform Work Order Management for out‑of‑cycle work.
  • Escalate recurrent issues and request support from the Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP & Outstanding Work support functions if issues are not manageable at level 1.
  • Involve the Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP & OSW support functions in the continuous improvement routines of the production team.
  • Support capacity management by anticipating capacity fluctuation to cover changes in the PLC (product life cycle situation) and grow competence.
  • Support operational customers, including Broughton & FAL Liability NCs related to wings, systems and structures knowledge, rework, FOD escapes, and breakdowns. This activity will include writing Engineering breakdowns to instruct operations on a repair solution.

NVQ level 4 or HNC in manufacturing engineering is desirable, but training can be provided.
