Responsibilities
- AV & Event Delivery: Own the setup and rollout of high-spec Audio-Visual tech for everything from standard meeting rooms to "Live Web Events."
- Site Oversight & Hands-on Resolution: Proactively manage and take direct, hands-on responsibility for all conferencing activities and engineering scopes across our UK sites (Filton & Broughton), ensuring swift issue resolution.
- Expert Problem Solving & Technical Authority: Lead deep-dive diagnostics on complex system failures, focusing on immediate resolution, and consult on future tech upgrades to keep our offices cutting-edge.
- System Reliability: Ensure our collaboration tools are always "meeting-ready" by monitoring performance and hitting strict uptime targets.
Qualifications & Expertise
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong command of ITIL frameworks, coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to operations and problem resolution.
- Specific experience with Google Meet hardware is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to influence senior management and navigate a complex, multi-site corporate landscape.
- This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
