You will own the technical quality of designs, guide a small team, and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and certification requirements.
You will oversee design reviews, mentor engineers, and drive CAPA, qualification and documentation across multiple work packages in pursuit of safe, certified helicopter customisations.
