Overview
You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Energy/Water Manager and can expect to be involved in the following:
- Support the development and oversight of Energy/Water strategies, contribute to efficiency projects, analyze data, and learn about regulatory compliance and new technologies.
- Supporting projects to identify and implement energy/water saving action plans, including surveys and data analysis.
- Gain experience with digitalization tools for data management, including metering, Building Management Systems, and Energy/Water Management software.
- Develop knowledge in defining and applying energy management strategies, understanding global/local energy markets, and learning about relevant energy codes, standards, and regulations. The development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support growth into the position, with a potential rotation within the UK Energy & Sustainability team focusing on CO2/Energy/Water projects, data analysis and reporting. Through the two-year development programme you will progress toward the role of Energy/Water Manager.
A degree level or equivalent within Engineering, Energy/Water Management, Environmental Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field with a focus on sustainability and data analysis.
- Competent user of spreadsheets, graphs, statistics figures and data analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English).
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
