Information Management (IM) serves as a core function driving the company's digital transformation through sustainable IT practices and innovative services like Skywise. By implementing critical digitalization programs such as DDMS, the department connects thousands of global users daily within a secure environment. IM's influence is pervasive across the entire business lifecycle, providing essential support from the initial design phase of an aircraft through to its final delivery and beyond.

As a 3DEXPERIENCE Domain Lead for Customer Support & Services, you will join the "Product & Simulation" Product within the "One PLM" Product Service Line, where you will be responsible for developing 3DEXPERIENCE solutions for Engineering while reporting functionally to the Head of Product. The organization's primary mission is to deliver a single, harmonized set of IS/IT tools to Airbus Business to support aircraft development, industrial set-up, and the Support and Services sector, encompassing both non‑recurring and recurring aspects. Established to ensure the development and support of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions in alignment with the Airbus Group Process, Method, and Tools (PM&T) strategy, your scope will focus on Product, Process, and Resources (PPR) within the fields of Manufacturing, Support and Services, and Quality.

How you will contribute to the team:

  • Conduct in-depth discovery to capture complex business requirements across Engineering, Support and Services, and Quality, identifying process improvements and monitoring external trends to challenge and refine operational objectives in line with IT strategy.
  • Support the IT Product Manager in Product/Service Planning by defining comprehensive functional and technical specifications, securing consistent planning, and validating the commitments of Functional Architects and Urbanists with Business stakeholders.
  • Manage the realization of new IT solutions within a multinational organization using the SAFe agile framework, ensuring seamless collaboration between Product Management and development resources to maintain the functional integrity of delivered solutions.
  • Oversee implementation deliveries, functional testing, and method writing, while collaborating with project managers and operational efficiency departments to facilitate the rollout and "Run Mode" phase across various Airbus sites, including legacy product replacement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in functional architecture, project management, solution engineering or another relevant field.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Ideally, knowledge in the field of Design, Manufacturing, Support and Services, or in the following domains: Manufacturing Engineering, Shop Floor Execution, Industrial Modelling and Simulation, Configuration Management, Quality, Configured Digital Mock‑Up (DMU), Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering IS, Architecture, Maintenance and Repair.
  • Ability to lead a project from start to finish and deliver results.
  • Ability to drive improvement and innovation.
  • Knowledge of IT tools customizing and architecture, IT and business strategy alignment, IT product design and product development, IT business change management.
  • Customer and stakeholder management skills.
