Join Airbus as a Supply Chain Quality Manager and play a vital role in ensuring our Wing Aerostructures Work Packages are delivered on time, on cost, and to the absolute highest quality standards.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:

  • Act as the primary operational interface with individual suppliers, managing supply chain and quality contract execution to ensure exceptional On-Quality, On-Time (OQOT) delivery.
  • Monitor new product introductions, transfers of work, and engineering changes to guarantee industrial qualification maturity before entering the serial production phase.
  • Evaluate supplier capacity, capability, and performance-starting from the tendering phase-and manage quality approvals to ensure strict compliance with required aerospace certifications.
  • Proactively identify industrial risks, propose mitigation actions, and execute effective short-term recovery and long-term development plans.
  • Coordinate with internal Multi-Functional/Divisional Teams (MFT/MDT) and utilize advanced management tools to initiate and drive supplier performance improvement projects.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have a proven track record working within Supply Chain and Quality management.
  • You bring experience from the aerospace industry or have worked in similarly complex, high-stakes environments such as the automotive or rail sectors.
  • Possess the ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are excited by the prospect of traveling to discover new places and manufacturing technologies.
