Lead Static Stress Engineers
- Coordinate with cross-functional leadership to define project requirements, manage technical scopes, and steer engineers and suppliers.
- Drive the professional growth of the team and shape the next generation of engineers by fostering both technical expertise and leadership behaviours.
Senior Static Stress Engineers:
- Hold a degree in Engineering with a Structural Analysis background.
- Proficient in Static analysis processes, methods, and toolsets (such as ISAMI, GISEH, and Finite Element Analysis).
- Strong understanding of aircraft structural layouts, loading, and the mechanics of materials.
- Industry recognised Stress Approval (Check) and Authorisation or the capability to achieve the latter within a short timeframe.
Lead Static Stress Engineers:
- Industry recognised Stress Approval (Check) Signatory or the capability to achieve this within a short timeframe.
- As a Lead and Senior Engineer you should be able to collaborate with stakeholders and influence decisions within a complex network at a strategic level.
- Interest in developing digital solutions associated with engineering activities; Python proficiency is advantageous.
