We are looking for two interns who are eager to learn all about HR, including HR generalist activities and HR Business Partnering activities, while learning about our key people initiatives in 2025 onwards and working with the business to drive performance and change.
We are a team of HR professionals that work closely with business leaders across the Broughton Plant supporting different business and function areas and driving our People Strategy.
As an intern in Human Resources, you will gain vast experience in different HR Centres of Expertise, including:
- Ethics and Compliance
- Employee Relations
- Recruitment and Selection
- Talent Management and Development
- Early Careers
- Absence Management
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Change Management
You will get the opportunity to work on projects that secure the future skills and talent for the Broughton Plant and ensure we embrace change in a sustainable way. You will also develop skills in communication, project management, prioritisation of tasks and also knowledge of HR processes and ways of working.
Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.
Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, a Social Science field, or equivalent; Knowledge of Google Tools or Microsoft; An interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance OR You will be subject to a BPSS check (including a criminal record check).
