Join our Broughton supply chain team as a Supply Chain & Quality Manager - where your expertise will directly ensure the quality, integrity, and performance of critical suppliers for Cross Programme Assemblies.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Supplier Selection & Onboarding: Evaluate supplier capability and quality standards during tendering to inform contract decisions, while managing certifications and qualifications for New Product Introductions (NPI) and transfers of work (TOW).
  • Operational Performance & Contract Management: Act as the primary operational interface, driving end-to-end performance to consistently deliver on-time, on-quality, and cost targets.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify industrial risks, build robust mitigation strategies, and establish rapid short-term recovery plans when disruptions occur.
  • Continuous Improvement & Governance: Assess supplier capacity, lead strategic performance improvement projects, and report on operational KPIs using standard management tools.
