As Supply Chain Leader in Derby, you drive procurement operations and supplier development for on-site Rolls-Royce activities. Responsibilities
- Interface with suppliers for operational activities
- Assess suppliers during tendering and influence selection decisions
- Manage supplier quality and contract performance (on-time and on-quality)
- Coordinate supplier approvals and certifications with stakeholders
- Monitor or support new product introduction and industrial qualification milestones
- Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance to guide development
- Contribute to supplier development initiatives
