As Export Control Compliance Manager, you help strengthen Airbus's export control maturity across UK, EU, and US regimes.

Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure strict compliance for export licences, agreements, and exceptions under UK, EU, and US regulations
- Represent Airbus with government agencies and cross-functional teams to harmonize compliance approaches
- Oversee audits and track implementation of recommendations across subsidiaries
- Advise internal teams, suppliers, and service providers on export control requirements
- Develop and deliver targeted export control training across the UK and engage staff across functions
- Improve processes and deploy automation tools in line with regulatory requirements and Airbus directives
- Key requirements
- Experience in a multinational environment advising on international trade, sanctions and export control
- Strong knowledge of UK (preferably aerospace) export controls across UK, EU, and US jurisdictions
- French and/or German export controls knowledge would be beneficial
