Overview
In this role you will implement and own the procurement strategy for Building & Construction within Airbus divisions. You will work with cross-divisional teams to secure suppliers, manage tenders, and align long‑term supplier bases with strategic needs. You will drive savings, ensure contractual compliance, and foster strong supplier relationships to support aerospace programs. This position offers international scope, a focus on sustainability, and the opportunity to shape how Airbus builds and procures critical assets.

Responsibilities
- Implement the procurement strategy defined with Commodity Procurement Management and Projects MFT
- Manage procurement projects and multi-divisional tenders within Building & Construction and international scope
- Develop and maintain a cost‑effective supply chain meeting Airbus requirements
- Ensure deliverables comply with contractual terms (cost, time, quality)
- Secure long‑term alignment of suppliers with trans‑divisional strategic needs
- Maintain ongoing commercial relationships to secure best‑in‑class suppliers and mitigate contractual risks
- Execute procurement processes per Airbus General Procurement procedures to satisfy internal customers
- Deliver savings initiatives through harmonisation, standardisation, volume aggregation, and demand control
- Provide input to strategy development and support continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- Experienced in procurement or operations or facility management
- Experience in setting up a procurement strategy in Building & Construction
- Experience in Building project management would be highly appreciated
