How You Will Contribute To The Team
- Leading and coordinating a team of technicians within the Spacecraft production and AIT activities
- Supervise a team to ensure adherence to work-to-lists, cost and quality targets while maintaining harmonious employee relationships.
- To actively participate in setting team quality targets ensuring a right first time approach from all team members.
- Supporting performance appraisals.
- Identify training needs and agree training and development plans.
- Update and control the skills matrix and ensure appropriate skills coverage within the team. Control and oversee the team’s training needs.
