Your mission will be to develop coordination between the logistics team, Internal Service Provider and internal customers and be part of the end-to-End delivery.
How You Will Contribute To The Team:
- Provide the timely and accurate compilation and delivery of kits, consumables "as required" items and raw materials to production, assembly, integration and test areas.
- Ensure material receipt, warehousing, distribution and accurate kitting in accordance with production & Projects schedules to meet Airbus Defence & Space business targets.
- Ensure the monitoring and creation of interplant material demand & supply shipments across all Airbus DS sites. To ensure all parts are expedited in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and availability of inventory by performing cycle counting and shelf life control processes in accordance with the business system operation procedures.
- Provide support & Cover for other areas of Central Logistics when required.
- Act as crane operator for critical moves.
- Act as forklift and master mover operator.
To reach these goals, and improve the performance of your team, your responsibilities would be:
- To ensure all materials, consumables and equipment are received, handled, stored, recorded, tracked and shipped in accordance with company, project, quality, safety, environmental requirements, ensuring the accuracy and availability.
- To write and update our processes and procedures in accordance with our BMS (business Management System).
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial/manufacturing context.
- Experience within logistics and/or production plant will be appreciated.
- Familiar with SAP environment, GSuite.
