About The Role

Due to promotion, we are looking for a Programme Manager who will be part of the Onesat programme leadership team and responsible for the Payload Major Module. Onesat is the world's first software-defined satellite that can be fully reconfigured in orbit. The previous post holder has been promoted within the Onesat programme and will be able to provide support.

How You Will Contribute To The Team

  • Develop an understanding of your programme embedded team (:10 direct reports), when to encourage your experts to take the lead and when they need direction.
  • Enable the programme’s success in line with overall commitments including specification, financial coverage, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Risk & Opportunity management and schedule management.
  • Ensure overall external customers’ satisfaction is met and they continue to have full transparency on the programme progress.
  • Constantly focus on operational OTOQOC.
