Overview
As Team Leader, you guide a 10–15-strong electrical and RF test engineering team in Portsmouth, delivering satellite telecommunications and navigation products for diverse customers.
You’ll create a stable production environment, optimize clean room and processes, and drive on-time delivery, quality, and cost goals.
The role combines hands-on leadership with cross-functional collaboration to upgrade facilities and align team capabilities with program needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary production team to meet commitments and maintain product integrity
- Assess and improve clean room and production processes for efficiency and fit-for-purpose readiness
- Assess team skills and allocate resources to multi-project payload testing
- Manage test asset deployment, calibration, and long-term planning for production needs
- Contribute to significant production facilities upgrades and represent team requirements
- Provide stable supervision to ensure quality, time, and cost targets are met
