What You Will Be Doing
- Contribute to the design, integration, and validation of RF test system solutions, ensuring that test and control solutions meet specific project campaign requirements.
- Support the full lifecycle of test solution development by assisting with formal project reviews, documentation, and reporting on test hardware status to project teams.
- Gain proficiency in operating specialized test equipment, including Keysight measurement systems for network and spectrum analysis, frequency generation, and modulation.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end Test System Development Cycle, including test philosophies and the importance of delivering solutions within established quality processes.
- Acquire hands‑on experience with RF hardware products such as amplifiers and converters, learning to interpret test requirements and analyze test results for non‑conformance.
- Engage in a rotational placement within a related department, such as Test Operations or Systems Integration, to broaden your practical experience and understanding of the wider project lifecycle.
Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position. At the end of the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of RF Test System Engineer!
What We Are Looking For
- A relevant degree for an RF Test System Engineer would typically be in one of the following fields: Electronic Engineering, Space Systems Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics (with an emphasis on electromagnetics or electronics).
- For an RF‑focused role, degrees that include modules on Radio Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Electromagnetics, or Communication Systems are particularly relevant.
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of other Technical Engineering domains, for example Test Systems or RF or Digital Design.
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English).
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
