Responsibilities
- Serve as Service Manager and UK focal point for SAP ECC on-premise, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring end-user satisfaction
- Lead and drive international projects across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and connected Cloud instances
- Identify business process improvements and steer ERP landscape evolution aligned with the ERP Roadmap
- Provide specialist advice on scoping, development, deployment, and Change Management, mitigating obsolescence
- Coordinate project teams, run workshops, and manage subcontractors to achieve deliverables
- Ensure all activities comply with UK/international regulations, IT security guidelines, and internal PM standards
Key requirements
- Experience with SAP ERP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA
- Ability to lead project management within complex SAP landscapes
- Degree level education in Information Systems Technology, Business Administration, or similar
- Effective communication within diverse international teams and willingness to travel
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
- UK Eyes Only SC security clearance or ability to obtain
