The successful candidate will support the tender process through the Clarification and Assessment phases until contract signature. How You Will Contribute To The Team Capturing customer and RFP requirements, generating solutions, and producing technical specifications. Select, propose, and approve key technologies for the program. Run set-based concurrent development options and down select to meet program milestones. Produce the technical Work Breakdown Structure, development schedule, and manage technical risks, ensuring all technical teams deliver on time, on quality, and within budget. Monitor progress, resolve technical issues timely, and lead engineering change management including customer requests. About You Engineering experience across multiple disciplines. Knowledge of System Engineering practices throughout the project lifecycle and associated methods and tools. Technical background in MilSatCom capabilities at the Spacecraft (multi-band communications) and Ground Segment (Ground Stations, Control and Management Systems, Operational Centers) levels is highly regarded.
