About the Role:
Do you have Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience? Looking to make a difference to Space and generations to come? Want to learn about DELMIA Apriso MES? Interested in seeing tangible shopfloor differences? Then read on! This role will suit someone from a MES Systems Engineer, MES Analyst or MES Engineer background. As a Systems Engineer you will be the bridge between shop floor user and 3rd party suppliers. You will be UK based and sharing knowledge with a proactive international team located on multiple European sites.
How will you contribute to the team:
- Monitor service performance and improvement, support IT solutions by applying specific knowledge of systems and tools
- Improve and maintain the MES support strategy
- Provide technical knowledge about the MES system, analyse errors, troubleshoot technical issues and understand when to engage 3rd parties
- Ensure operational stability, optimise workflows and improve user understanding of the MES system
About you:
- Experience with ONE MES system and interested in learning about DELMIA Apriso MES
- Deep technical expertise of MES systems and how they interact with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance
- Passionate about championing MES to Business, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure etc.
- Enjoys tackling bugs, outages and proactively identifying issues before they become fire-fighting issues
- Enjoys streamlining and optimizing the suppliers and 3rd party support teams to gain minimal downtime
