This includes defining business policies, procedures, processes and practices **Join different sized project teams from the R&D to acceptance phase, being comfortable with fast and dynamic paced bids projects. Some acceptance testing on customers sites * Champion the customer requirements and testing teams throughout projects, ensuring delivery on Time, Cost and Quality (TCQ) * Train other Engineers (testers and non-testers) on the importance of vigorous testing that meet project requirements **Domain experience of testing*ONE *of the following: * Passionate about making a positive difference in the test process from start to finish, covering bug finding and fixing, detecting defects early and improving quality and reducing risks resulting in secure reliable software and customer satisfaction * Enjoy using lessons learnt and feedback to improve the testing process, focusing on changes for the better Many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time.
