We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist to join our Airframe Engineering Business Management team. In this role, you will act as a central hub for engineering intelligence, integrating complex data into strategic insights that drive the performance of our international Airframe teams.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
- Deploy standardized business review formats and governance frameworks across all Airframe processes to drive consistency and operational excellence.
- Maintain an integrated, high-level view of business performance data for the Head of Engineering, ensuring total transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Workload, Subcontracting, and Resource sub-functions to synchronize data maturity using a single "source of truth" for the Wing Domain.
- Lead the cascade of critical Engineering KPIs and oversee the Risk & Opportunity process, ensuring rigorous analysis and proactive mitigation strategies.
