In this critical role, you will partner closely with the Head of Quality to promote excellence and enable cross-functional teams in delivering outstanding results. Together, we can shape the future of aerospace while advancing your professional growth in an inclusive environment.
Assist the Head of Quality by stepping in to guide the Belfast Quality team and represent the department in vital Plant, Operations, and Programme reviews.
- Understand and monitor all A220 Quality budgets (RC & NRC), jointly developing the necessary documentation and justifications to secure financial resources for the team.
- Take a leading role on key quality projects in the QIP plan, ensuring they are fully funded, aligned with shared plant objectives, and delivered effectively across teams.
- Extensive professional experience in the formal delivery and implementation of business projects and performance management frameworks.
- Demonstrated capability in financial tracking, specifically monitoring departmental spend versus budget for Recurring Cost (RC) and Non-Recurring Cost (NRC).
- Applied expertise in deploying formal project management methodologies to ensure deliverables are met on time, to cost, and to quality standards.
- Technical experience in generating business metrics, building balanced scorecards, and integrating digitalization or AI software solutions into operational workflows.
