TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel within UK and international.

In this critical role, you will partner closely with the Head of Quality to promote excellence and enable cross-functional teams in delivering outstanding results. Together, we can shape the future of aerospace while advancing your professional growth in an inclusive environment.

  • Assist the Head of Quality by stepping in to guide the Belfast Quality team and represent the department in vital Plant, Operations, and Programme reviews.
  • Understand and monitor all A220 Quality budgets (RC & NRC), jointly developing the necessary documentation and justifications to secure financial resources for the team.
  • Take a leading role on key quality projects in the QIP plan, ensuring they are fully funded, aligned with shared plant objectives, and delivered effectively across teams.
  • Extensive professional experience in the formal delivery and implementation of business projects and performance management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capability in financial tracking, specifically monitoring departmental spend versus budget for Recurring Cost (RC) and Non-Recurring Cost (NRC).
  • Applied expertise in deploying formal project management methodologies to ensure deliverables are met on time, to cost, and to quality standards.
  • Technical experience in generating business metrics, building balanced scorecards, and integrating digitalization or AI software solutions into operational workflows.
  • Extensive experience in delivering and implementing projects and managing performance.
