HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Support with Materials and Processes (M&P) activities within a fast-paced production environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges related to M&P technologies.
- Drive continuous product improvements across parts and assemblies to optimize manufacturing costs and elevate quality.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering to streamline processes and align M&P operational goals.
- Guide material selection and act as the central M&P subject matter expert advising Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Cultivate robust stakeholder relationships across key internal functions, including Design, Procurement, and Supply Chain Quality.
- Play a pivotal role in future aircraft development programs and strategic industrialisation improvement projects.
ABOUT YOU

Essential
- We are looking for an engineer with experience in M&P, and knowledge of (but not limited to) composite materials, metallic materials, assembly processes (including composite repairs) or chemical and environmental technologies.
- A BSc/BEng degree with a minimum of 3 years' relevant M&P engineering experience. OR A relevant engineering qualification, such as HNC or HND and a minimum of 5 years' relevant M&P engineering experience.
- Experience to technically support M&P qualifications and developments.
- Ability to technically support projects in an interdisciplinary environment across different levels of hierarchy.
- Demonstrated networking skills and technical leadership in collaboration with internal or external partners, with a positive approach to problem solving.
Desirable
- Demonstrated aerospace experience.
- Experience supporting production environment.
