We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of operatives and ensure a smooth, efficient operation. You will support our weekend team as a Supervisor, working Saturdays and Sundays, 9 AM to 8 PM, with the possibility of supporting the weekday teams as well. We operate in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting – flexibility, adaptability and a hands‑on approach are key.
You Will Play a Key Role In
- Overseeing departments, supporting the department manager to ensure department processes are delivered against established KPI's
- Providing daily leadership and motivation to ensure team performance and efficiency
- Identifying and implementing improvements in warehouse processes
- Training and mentoring warehouse operatives to support skill development
- Maintaining quality control and meeting customer specifications
- Creating a positive and respectful team environment
- Reporting operational updates and performance to the Department Manager
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong natural management skills and the ability to motivate and support a team through coaching and recognition
- A hands‑on, proactive approach – leading by example
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Confident using warehouse systems (scanner or computer‑based warehouse management programmes – training provided)
