We work with a variety of high-profile brands, including Hoodrich, The Rugby World Cup, Billionaire Boys Club, Wild Cosmetics and Naked Wolfe, managing their logistics and fulfilment operations efficiently.

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Retail & Wholesale Account Manager to manage a portfolio of retail-focused clients, acting as the trusted operational partner between our customers and warehouse teams.

Retail fulfilment requires exceptional planning, communication and attention to detail.

You'll coordinate supplier deliveries, promotional activity, retailer compliance and operational planning to ensure every shipment meets customer expectations.

  • Managing a portfolio of retail and wholesale client accounts
  • Acting as the primary operational contact for assigned customers
  • Coordinating retailer compliance, booking requirements and inbound planning
  • Working closely with Warehouse Operations to deliver service excellence
  • Supporting promotional launches, seasonal peaks and volume forecasting
  • Resolving operational issues, stock discrepancies and delivery exceptions
  • Producing customer reporting and reviewing service performance
  • Building long-term relationships whilst identifying opportunities to improve customer operations

You'll become a trusted extension of your clients' businesses, helping them navigate operational challenges and ensuring Airbox consistently delivers an exceptional service.

  • Previous experience managing retail, wholesale or key customer accounts
  • Experience within logistics, fulfilment, supply chain or third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Strong understanding of retailer compliance, forecasting and operational planning
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and confidence communicating with customers at all levels
  • A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
