We are looking for people with previous experience working in a pick and pack warehouse; it would be preferable if you have used a handheld scanner before.
Responsibilities- Picking orders using a handheld scanner
- Dispatching orders on the computer
- Packing goods according to customer requirements
- Scanning stock into the warehouse
- Processing returns
- Ensuring all orders are dispatched efficiently
- Working well as part of a team
We operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, so teamwork and adaptability are key.
Salary and shiftsThe salary for the job is £12.40ph. Times are 9:00 AM till 8:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays with 1 hour of breaks included. We run multiple shift patterns, so you may be able to access other shifts such as 8:00 AM till 5:30 PM and 12:00 PM till 9:30 PM, Monday to Friday with a 45 minute break — these may be offered; however the role we are actively recruiting to/would ask you to work is the late shift.
Contract and startWe are looking to get someone started quite quickly with this, so if you are successful there can be a fast turnaround getting you in. This is a 0-hours contract — there is regular work all year round, and particularly now as we enter into our busy period, so you can potentially work full time hours!
