Airbox Fulfilment Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee a high-volume 3PL operation at our Leighton Buzzard site.
You will lead a team of around 60 staff, from Supervisors to Operatives, driving performance across goods-in to dispatch and meeting client SLAs.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team to scale operations UK-wide and Europe-wide, shaping processes and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
