Airbotics Talent have partnered with a leading UK drone platform provider who operate on an international scale with world-class technology. Our client has won several large international projects which require the hiring of two Drone Pilots / Operators who are motivated to work overseas on a rotation basis.
This is a unique opportunity to operate cutting-edge fixed-wing drones in an international environment on critical commercial and humanitarian missions. You will be required to pre-flight mission plan, conduct risk assessments, develop ConOps and ensure compliance with safety standards. In addition, you will be expected to collect field data, provide basic UAV maintenance and repairs, and complete required documentation. Working as part of a tight-knit team, you will be supporting other Operators and colleagues in the field to help deliver on complex missions and shared goals and support broader training and development.
Requirements:
- A passion for aviation technology and a safety-conscious approach
- Experience in operating/piloting drones in either a commercial or military (preferred) setting
- A positive, team-focused attitude, supporting other Operators in reaching goals
- Currently based in the UK with relevant right to work
- The ability to spend time away from home in the field, both domestically or internationally, for 4-6 weeks at a time
