At AEC, we’re looking for passionate, qualified Asbestos Analysts to join our growing team. For the right person, you will also get the chance to take your P402 and become a dual qualified Surveyor Analyst.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Holds P403 and P404 qualifications
  • Has at least 18 months experience in asbestos air testing and air-monitoring
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
  • Is a proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic
  • Understands the principles of the HSG 248 Analyst Guide
  • Can adapt to client needs and provide excellent service on-site
  • Be willing to work away from home and participate in a weekend rota as required.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Carry out air tests including 4 stage clearances, background tests, leak reassurance, and more
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and clients
  • Maintain high standards of administrative work, following AEC UKAS procedures
  • Exhibit professionalism in site work and interactions with co-workers, supervisors, and the public
  • Stay on top of health & safety protocols, ensuring consistent attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to perform at your best
  • Adhere to company vehicle policies, ensuring safe driving and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
