Responsibilities

• Carry out surveys on commercial properties.
• Work with an assistant surveyor onsite who will enter all information onto a tablet, create survey plans, tag and bag samples for you – leaving you to dedicate your time to surveying the areas within a building.
• Time given off site to check all your reports – which can be from home or the office.
• Understand the requirements of an asbestos survey.
• Be fully competent in carrying out all types of surveys on commercial premises.
• Be a good communicator with your team and clients alike.
• Be a team player where working away and weekend work is shared fairly amongst the team.

Skill Set

At least P402 qualified and ideally with a background of working in a UKAS accredited consultancy, you will have a track record of undertaking a range of surveys across commercial properties. You will have experience conducting Reinspection, management and refurbishment surveys in commercial buildings and ideally experience in demolition surveys.
