The Royal College of Music (RCM) is looking for an experienced marketing professional to promote the RCM to potential students and ensure high-quality recruitment content populates our publications and digital platforms.
This full-time, permanent role starts September 2026. The successful candidate will design and execute an international and domestic recruitment marketing strategy, create and manage creative activations, and support key recruitment events such as the annual Open Day. The role also involves producing the RCM’s Prospectus and a range of digital content to inform and inspire prospective applicants.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy for both international and domestic audiences.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality print and digital content across publications and digital platforms.
- Manage and coordinate the annual Open Day event.
- Oversee the production of the RCM’s Prospectus.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the music education sector.
- Deliver marketing campaigns that drive student engagement and application rates.
- Senior-level experience in arts and/or higher education marketing.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality print and digital marketing content.
- Strong strategic thinking and campaign delivery skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
