Founded in 1882, The Royal College of Music (RCM) is a world leading music conservatoire with a prestigious history and contemporary outlook. To cope with growing demand and our increasingly global perspective, the Royal College of Music is seeking to engage a number of distinguished repertoire coaches to join its international team. We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

  • Recognised and respected repertoire coach.
  • Relevant teaching experience coaching students with a high level of technical and musical proficiency at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of repertoire.
  • Understanding of the demands of the music profession whilst striving to help each student reach their own potential.

This post is offered on a permanent, part‑time basis and is available from September 2026.
