The Head of LSO Discovery provides strategic, creative and organisational leadership for the LSO’s extensive programme of music education, community engagement and talent development. Working closely with LSO musicians, staff, artists and partners, the appointee will build on the considerable strengths of the existing programme while identifying opportunities to develop its reach, impact and contribution to the wider artistic life of the Orchestra.
