The Acquisition Team, within the Experiences Supply organization is a multidisciplinary team that focuses on finding, pitching, onboarding and retaining the most exciting activities happening in your city today.

We acquire leads through the sales / partnership funnel to grow Airbnb’s Experiences business and provide them with bespoke support to ensure that they are informed, optimized and happy with their Airbnb experience as a host.

The Difference You Will Make

You will help manage critical workstreams that support Airbnb’s growth and operational excellence.

You’ll partner with cross-functional collaborators, manage tactical components of programs, and help identify areas for improvement.

  • Workstream Coordination: Drive timelines, documentation, and follow-ups for specific workstreams and projects.
  • Project Execution: Support end-to-end program delivery by ensuring key tasks are tracked and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Insight Gathering: Conduct research and light data analysis to inform recommendations or surface risks.
  • Internal Communications: Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and presentation materials for internal use.
  • Process Optimization: Identify ways to simplify how teams work together and contribute to improvements in workflows and execute them.
  • Team Support: Be a collaborative team player, proactively stepping in to move work forward or fill gaps as needed.
  • Your Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
  • 5+ years in operations, project management, consulting, or business planning roles.
  • Experience in a tech company or high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple priorities across stakeholders.
  • Able to think critically and creatively to break down problems and recommend solutions. Clear and concise, with the ability to adjust tone and format based on audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and be motivated by changing circumstances, consistently acting as a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
