Overview

Airbnb is a global marketplace for unique stays and experiences. This temporary assignment involves working at Airbnb while contracting through Magnit Global, a UK‐registered employment business.

Responsibilities

  • Research, source, and pitch high‐quality experiences in the assigned city.
  • Generate leads from personal networks and third‐party data tools, building city‐specific lead lists.
  • Manage the full acquisition funnel—pitching the value proposition, developing concepts, and guiding leads through internal workflows.
  • Optimize listings (pricing, availability, merchandising) and support hosts during their first 3‐6 months on platform.
  • Collaborate with design, legal, business, and leadership teams to move acquired experiences through the funnel.
  • Track, report, and maintain 100% data hygiene across all tracking systems and leadership updates.
  • Provide regular project updates, creative solutions, and actionable feedback to cross‐functional stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years in content/supply acquisition, partnerships, account management or sales‐related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep knowledge of local city and broader regional travel, entertainment, pop culture, food & beverage, and hospitality trends.
  • Strong ability to spot cultural trends and assess quality ahead of market shifts.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and organizational tools (e.g., Airtable).
  • Proven track record of delivering against KPIs and business targets with a focus on results.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and remain motivated by changing strategies.
