Responsibilities

Job Summary: The NPI (New Product Introduction) Lead plays a critical role in launching and developing new telecom products and services, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and regulatory standards. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver seamless transitions from concept to commercial deployment across network infrastructure, consumer devices, and enterprise solutions.

  • Create an NPI framework
  • Lead end-to-end NPI programs for telecom hardware, software, and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with R&D, product management, network engineering, and operations to define launch requirements and success metrics.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk assessments, and readiness reviews for new product rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with telecom standards and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee trials, field testing, and pilot deployments to validate product performance and interoperability.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely availability of components and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-launch reviews and lessons learned.
  • Launch new products to market eg: (Security, mesh routers, 1gbps FWA)
  • Ensuring Technical readiness, business impact analysis, customer proposition readiness
  • Market penetration rate for each product
  • Existing customer penetration rate for each product
  • Total sales revenue for each product
  • ARPU for each product
