Come and Join us at Airband! We have a great opportunity for talented Telesales Advisors to develop our customer base across our regions! This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary £25,396.80 + up to £12,000 OTE + benefits - we offer a Hybrid working model operating out of Droitwich.
You will be developing relationships with potential customers in order to advise and sell Airband connectivity, whilst meeting or exceeding the sales team KPIs. Promoting Airband’s reputation and customer relationships. The role will also contribute in generating sales for our business, being responsible for advising & closing sales over the phone whilst maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:- Follow-up website generated enquiries from potential customers
- Answer all inbound enquiry calls and make outbound calls to potential customers to convert to an order
- Turn warm leads into orders answering all customers questions and alleviate any concerns they may have about the service.
- Take, record and process orders on our systems in person or over the phone/e-mail
- Go the “extra mile” to meet targets whilst providing exceptional service and advice.
- Maintain accurate customer records on CRM as well as other administrative tasks as required
- Accurate and timely reporting as required
- Promote a sales focused, goal driven approach whilst working as part of the wider Sales division.
- Active listener with good sales ability
- Patience and ability to engage with customers in conversation
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Punctual character with an eager drive to succeed by hitting sales targets
