The Programme Delivery Manager reports to the COO and leads the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of our Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) deployment programme. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving successful FWA rollout across target regions.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the FWA deployment programme from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, deployment schedules, and resource allocation models for FWA rollouts.
- Work closely with engineering, field operations, procurement, vendors, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of the deployment, helping them to clear blockers.
- Manage third-party vendors, equipment suppliers, and contractors involved in FWA implementation; ensure performance against SLAs and contract terms.
- Track programme budgets, control costs, and provide financial reporting and forecasts to leadership, highlighting opportunities for change.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to programme delivery, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to executive stakeholders; manage internal and external programme communications.
- Ensure deployment activities comply with all relevant technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
