This role will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and develop scalable reporting solutions using business intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities Own and develop the weekly MI pack covering operational and commercial reports covering customer acquisition, churn, ARPU, network performance and installations. Weekly business reporting and presentation back to senior leadership team. Generate insights and recommend actions to improve performance. Lead the development and delivery of other business performance reports, KPIs, dashboards and ad hoc analyses. Manage a team of two analysts to ensure consistent and high-quality reporting output. Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting systems (Salesforce) Design and implement automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor data integrity and work with data engineering teams to resolve data quality issues. Train and support end-users on reporting tools and dashboard usage. Continuously identify opportunities to improve data visualization, accessibility, and usability. Own data feeding into the board report, reports to banks and reports to other external parties. Support regulatory and compliance reporting where needed (e.g. Ofcom) Education And Experience Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field. 5+ years of experience in business reporting, analytics or business intelligence. 2+ years of managerial or team lead experience. Skills & Competencies Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency with reporting and data visualisation. SQL experience with data querying and manipulation would be advantageous Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
