The average deal value is significant, and the commission is uncapped. You’ll also have a mix of pre-booked appointments and your own pipeline to work from, so you’re never starting from zero.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting pre-booked home visits with qualified customers and closing deals on heat pumps, solar, insulation, and other green technologies.
- Building your own pipeline through referrals, warm outreach, and cold calling to consistently hit and exceed targets.
- Managing and tracking your sales activity through HubSpot CRM.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience that drives repeat referrals and keeps your pipeline full.
What You Need
- Full UK driving license.
- Proven experience in field or door-to-door sales.
- Strong objection handling skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to track and manage pipeline.
- Self-starter mentality: you treat this like your own business, because it essentially is.
- Experience in renewables or energy is a bonus, not a requirement. Full product training is provided through the Aira Academy with ongoing support.
