Founded in 2022 with already 1200 employees and growing, Aira aims to drive the clean energy revolution. As a Planning Agent at Aira you will be responsible for effective resource allocation to meet customer demand. Through close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams, as well as technical colleagues, you will ensure we are able to deliver outstanding service to customers. This is a full-time office hours role, with hybrid working and a minimum of 3 days a week in our Sheffield hub, which is also home to the Aira Academy. You will report to our Planning Manager in the region, but will work with Aira colleagues across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage installation capacity and scheduling.
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leaders.
  • Always remain polite and professional.
  • Support and work closely with installation teams to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced for customer installations.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience with CRM systems and ERP systems would be beneficial for this role, specifically Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in previous planning, logistics, or customer liaison roles would be beneficial.
