Right now, we\’re looking for experienced domestic heating installers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians across the UK. Even if you\’ve never fitted a heat pump before, you may have the skills we\’re after.

You\’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality heat pump installations are carried out safely and efficiently, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service.

What you\’ll be doing as a Heat Pump Engineer

  • Helping families lower their costs and carbon footprint by installing the latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
  • Working closely with our designers to ensure only efficient, reliable systems are fitted. All jobs will be properly surveyed, with schematic diagrams provided for each installation.
  • Training at the Aira Academy to become an elite Heat Pump Engineer, offering development and professional growth with the UK\’s fastest-growing Heat Pump installer.
  • Joining a Europe-wide team of Engineers as part of the Aira family.

What we would like you to have as a Heat Pump Engineer

We will provide all necessary Air Source Heat Pump training at our Aira Academies throughout the UK. However, we need you to have the following:

  • NVQ Level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps
  • Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators

Additional desirable qualifications include:

  • NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
  • WRAS Qualifications (water regs)
  • Gas Qualifications
  • Unvented hot water systems (Part G)
  • Level 3 heat pump system design
  • F-Gas Category 1
