We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager / PPC Expert to lead our digital marketing efforts. The primary focus will be on managing and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads, with secondary responsibilities in Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through performance marketing strategies.

- Manage affiliate marketing channels and partnerships
- Optimize email marketing and retargeting campaigns to enhance customer journeys
- Conduct customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and localization for targeted campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns, reallocate budgets, and refine creatives
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to develop high-performing campaigns
- Evaluate and implement marketing tools and automation for efficiency and scalability
