We're looking for an experienced Heat Pump Installer to join Aira as our new Team Leader. You'll be responsible for ensuring high quality heat pump installations are carried out safely and efficiently, and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure installations are carried out according to plan within your area.
- Supervise 6-10 installation teams, including Installers, Plumbers, Electricians, and Technical Surveyors.
- Support team through proactive planning, on-site training, and continuous improvement.
- Manage on-site and office work, including use of software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Heat Engineer, HubSpot, Outlook and Teams.
- Coordinate working hours (Monday-Friday 8-5) with required flexibility for outside hours.
- Mentor and develop the team, with potential for progression to roles such as Operational Excellence Coach, Trainer, Designer, Manager.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
- Gas Safe qualifications
- WRAS qualifications (Water Regs)
- Experience installing air source heat pumps
- Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
