About the role

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a talented recruiter to join us. You will be responsible for working with the wider TA community to ensure the continued growth of our organisation by finding, screening, interviewing, and hiring brilliant people across the UK. You will be working with hiring managers across Aira, and reporting in to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

This is a full-time position on a 6 month fixed term contract, and you\’ll be working from our Sheffield hub a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you\’ll be doing as Talent Acquisition Partner at Aira

  • Sourcing and screening for a diverse range of roles within the low carbon sector.
  • Identify and grow a pipeline of top-tier talent through proactive and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Assist and guide hiring managers, in evaluating and screening applicants to hire top talent for each position.
  • Maintain and analyse the recruiting database and provide regular reports.
  • Using Team Tailor ATS, LinkedIn, CV Library, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • What we would like to you have

  • Recruiting experience, preferably with in-house recruiting teams.
  • An understanding of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting.
  • Experience with ATS\’s and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
